The Continuing Story

Every Emmons guitar has a story long before the first note is played. Here's a look at another week inside the workshop.

This week, three more SD-10 bodies were assembled and received their laminate, marking another milestone as they continue through production.

In the finishing department, our natural clear body received another careful round of wet sanding and leveling, preparing it for its final clear coat.

Meanwhile, in Final Assembly, another undercarriage is steadily taking shape as the precision remains paramount! Dozens of parts are installed, adjusted, and refined to ensure proper fitment.

The progress you see here is built on hundreds of small, intentional steps. Each operation moves another instrument closer to becoming the completed Emmons ReSound'65!
