It is critical that we pass down historical information so the generations can glean from the hits and misses of the past. There are millions of discussions, hilarious stories, discoveries, and key factors that have made pedal steel guitars what they are today. We have been blown away with the history of Buddy Emmons, his guitar innovations, and the people who were involved in this brand, and guitar! What we have learned produced the re-emergence of the Emmons Guitar Co! Just think of what we'd missed out on without the history we tapped into!?!?..sources from all over the place! I'm sure we have not even scratched the surface! We'd love to hear your stories, secrets and fun stuff from the past, so please share!!! We're all ears!!

History of our instrument is critical. I've see posts of the serial numbers and years for the D10s but have not been able to find them for the SD or S10s. In order to keep our instruments as original as possible and learning about the past owners, if anyone has this info, please share. With so many models (wraparound/bolt on, etc) it's often difficult to determine what is what.
Thanks for the forum.
