This particular guitar is an original 1965 Emmons Wraparound and was part of the first run of S10 models that were shipped to a music school in Canada and is serial numbered as such.  It was developed with the help of Buddy Emmons during the early years on East Webb Avenue in Burlington, North Carolina.  These early invoice guitars are becoming increasingly rare and are the perfect addition to any vintage collection.
